RedSetter Homes was founded by Todd Wilmot in 2001. Over the past 25 years, he has delivered a substantial body of work across greater Los Angeles including client-driven custom homes, spec builds, design-builds, and selective high-end remodels, developing deep relationships with the clients, architects, vendors, and trade partners who make exceptional work possible. The result is a portfolio built on craft, consistency, and an uncompromising standard of finish.
Todd and Kelton's partnership is built on complementary strengths and a shared passion for the process and product of homebuilding. Todd with decades of experience focused on intelligent, high-quality builds, and Kelton with the institutional background, organizational rigor, and ambition to elevate this truly boutique firm.

Todd Wilmot
Todd has been involved in the home building industry for over twenty-five years. His formal education, attention to detail, and ground up work experience sets him apart from other custom residential builders.
With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver in Real Estate/Finance, Todd approaches the financial side of the building process in a highly disciplined manner. He works diligently to achieve balance between the economic constraints of daily life and the critical need for long term, quality-building in order to meet each client’s unique needs, financial considerations and schedule.
Todd’s work experience includes every aspect of the residential building process. He began working construction during summers while still in high school, and has years of hands on work experience in building and remodeling custom homes. Through hard work, collaboration, and a love for what he does, Todd and has grown RedSetter to include a portfolio of beautiful custom homes and remodels.
Kelton Engemann
Kelton spent years building complex commercial projects for some of the country's most respected firms before making a deliberate move into custom residential work, bringing the rigor, precision, and discipline of large-scale construction with him.
He holds undergraduate and master's degrees in Construction Management from Michigan State University and built his career at globally recognized Construction and Real Estate Development firms including Turner Construction, McCarthy Building Companies, and Brookfield Properties. His project experience spans hospitals, schools, infrastructure, and logistics facilities - work that demanded precision, organization, and execution at the highest level.
He learned early that the best-run projects are built on relationships as much as process, and he's carried that with him ever since. Today, Kelton brings that same discipline and care to every project that he and Todd take on, delivering highly-organized builds, strong client relationships, and homes executed with clarity and lasting quality.
